Further to what everyone else has said, I think that to use this site to improve your English is a good idea.

Ok, you will find that many people don't spell words correctly, and that poor grammar is everywhere, but you will learn a more natural and less formal way of using English, which will, in the end, help you to become more fluent when you speak, just as spending time talking to native English speakers would.

And hey ...... you never know..... you might even find the odd interesting answer to a question too!

Good luck.

Yes. Speaking English is all over the world a natural thing... The thing you need to remember is that your current country in which you live has a native language. And in France its french. I think that speaking English in your school would greatly help in the process of learning and improving your skill. You should try the following web site to learn English better..

While there are several people who take trouble to research their questions or answers on YA, there are a lot more who aren't that serious. You would have noticed this already, if you have been on YA for a few days! Exasperated members express their anguish over the grammar and spelling skills of others on YA, as their questions would show.
I think you can visit YA just to learn from a few people who are particular, but in general, you should be better off elsewhere, if you want to improve your English language skills

Not really, because your English will probably be much better than most of the users on here - (English speakers included).

I teach English as a foreign language - and people like you - who speak English as their second/third language generally speak English better than the natives!

Including, spelling and grammar!

But to practice go ahead!

i think it is. It's even better to go into chatrooms.
That's really how i learned it. I'm german! I also read a lot of books in english.
No Offense to all the english population, but a lot of them can't spell that well, so it'll help you to gain confidence and you don't have to be worried about making mistakes.
Good luck,

NO !!!!!

The English, by-and-large, on here is grammatically appalling and devoid of vocabulary.

The English you are learning in France as a second language is correct

I guarantee that you will learn English words that you will never
learn in a class room or from a tutor on Q&A.
So continue with your english on this site.
Good luck.
