ok ive done some research and it is Gov't Mule there are 2 cd's 1 is The Deepest End live In Concert and the other cd is The Deep End Vol 1 and the name of the song is SoulShine

i think its a modified version of "Mr. Banker" by Lynyrd Skynard. all that the original song is missing is a drum beat.
