I am surprised a Bush sycophant has not tried to blame Clinton for this. After all, Clinton caused every problem ever faced by this country, including the French and Indian War, Pearl Harbor, the crash in 1929, the dustbowl, the Bay of Pigs, Iran-Contra and 9/11.
