I was really into that show last year and it's been almost a year since it's season finale and I doubt the show people will leave us hanging on the last episode like they did. I was wondering if anyone knows ABC's plans of bringing it back for a second season?? Waiting almost one year for the second season is an awful long time though. OH, and does anyone know if there's plans of a DVD release?

ABC Family has ordered 10 episodes for the first season, and another 13 episodes for the second season, set to begin shooting.
The shooting dates for the second season in Vancouver are as follows:
Production Company: Kyle XY Productions Ltd.
Schedule: Feb 12, 2007 to Jun 29, 2007
The premiere date for Season 2 could be sometime in June 2007.
I loved this show and i can't wait for it's return!!

Yes, it is. And thank God.
The first season started re-airing on Monday, April 2nd, 2007.
The first season will be on DVD on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007.
The second season of Kyle XY will have 13 episodes and will be first aired on Monday, June 11th, 2007 @ 8pm.
Right after the first season ends the second season will start.
I can't wait!

I've seen ads for second season. I think May or June start. They are reruning first season on Family Channel, may go right into 2nd after that. I agree, it's been too long since the first season.

june is season 2 . there probably will be a dvd set forthcoming one day. it all takes alot of time to produce.
