I think some of them are more advanced than us.

Any aliens that my have visited our planet would, by neccesity, be more advanced than us. It would mean that they have probably mastered interstellar travel since it appears that they must have come from outside our solar system.

It is likely that we will not have this ability for another century or two at best -- possibly much longer.

If there is any alien life in our own solar system (say Mars or Europa), it would probably be some sort of primitve life form, like microorganisms or some bacteria. I like to think that we are more advanced than those microbes.

In all likelihood, IF the universe is indeed teeming with life, some of it will undoubtedly be more advanced while others will be far less advanced.

I don't know, I dont think this question can be answered since we don't know enough about them. When we look at the posssibilty of their existence, statistically it would be crazy to reject the possibility of their existence, however how do you measure the term "advance". How do you determine a person or thing being more advanced than another?

If they have been visiting the Earth and abducting our people...yes, they must be more advanced. But, it's likely there's also some civilization that could be as primitive as we were in Stone Age.
