i'm assuming by root you mean sqrt
=sqrt(16)*sqrt(3)/sqrt(6)
=sqrt(16*3)/sqrt(6)
=sqrt(48)/sqrt(6)
=sqrt(48/6)
=sqrt(8)
=2sqrt(2)
