If you use Microsoft Office then you should have installed Microsoft Office Picture Manager
from All Program choose Microsoft Office/Microsoft Office Tools/Microsoft Office Picture Manager open this
import the image or you could already see in it. Look at your right side you will find some Menu. Choose Export follow the guidance.

By this easily your problem is solved.

Its really easy..
Open your PNG file in MS Paint.

Now in MS Paint, go to File >> Save As..
select the file type as jpeg in the Save as Type box and click Ok.

Many of picture processor on internet. I always use adobe photoshop to do this job. Adobe photoshop have a choice to convert from PNG to jpg, gif or bmp. Try to search on the net about free PNG to jpg converter. Its can be found.

i don't know it will work or not but you can try by copying the pic in to paint program in your computer and then save as (any name) in JPEG format.
