what is the answer for the column marked '?'
i know that the value will be the same number going right down but i do not know what it is...please help

going down the columns are things called 'RUNS'..they go from 1-6...
i think you have to deduce c(I–) and c(S2O82–) for all runs from runs 4-6 of c(S2O82–) but i'm not sure what to do.. please help me..

We really don't have anywhere near enough information to answer this question.

- What other species are involved? (There must be some, you can't have only negatively charged ions.) What was the initial concentration of each species?
- What reaction(s) are expected?
- What, if anything, changed between the different runs?

If we knew these things, it might be possible to answer your question (or it might not).

Finally, in future please ask chemistry questions in Chemistry rather than Mathematics.
