I'm trying to identify a green insect I caught for my project and using this:

I got termite.
But the only pictures I've seen of termites so far are brown/black/etc., not green. So can termites be green?

Description:
-2 pairs of transparent wings with many veins
-Wings look flexible and are used for flying
-Insect is the color of a green apple
-insect is less than in inch in length
-the wings fold over its body and extend past the body
-the legs appear to have three joints
-the body is mostly shaped like a rod
-eyes are black on the sides of its head
I'm currently trying to get a good picture :)
