They may or may not work. The best way is to just go ahead and replace the seal, and not have to worry about it anymore. good luck.

NO, I have been doing a/c repairs for over 35 years and I have seen these so-called quick fixes like sealer in a can.

They do just what they say, they seal up the leaks but what they don't tell you is that sometimes they seal up everything, meaning they cause a restriction in the a/c system.

Most of these sealers have some type of glue or something that is not intended for systems that are as delicate as the a/c is.

I have also seen systems that had this stuff in them and I can tell you that I will make for money flushing this stuff out and it will cost the customer more than the original problem was in the first place.

"SO GOOD LUCK"

If the leak is undesirable, there is not any longer can of sealer which will artwork. because you have been advised that there is minimum quantity of sealer interior the can, then there is not any way which you would be able to seal the leak. One website I visited reported that leak sealers in straightforward terms artwork on SMALL leaks, people who take months to happen. in the journey that your equipment can not carry a vacuum for 40 5 minutes, their sealer won't artwork.

the work quite well for plugging EVERYTHING up. use at own risk. it may or may not work. chances are that it will plug up the orifices, evap core, condenser and accumulators resorting in more costly repairs in the long run. fix it right the first time and save your self a lot of money

change the seal and fix the leak the right way. you're gonna end up doing it anyway, so do it now , get it done right, and enjoy the summer in a cool car!
