i mean is it possible to do this with our technology today, to simulate a cows digestive system that can make milk from grass and water in 24 hours, it can help billions of lives specially those very poor nations whose people are dying from starvation?

They can manufacture a nutritional drink with all the proteins, vitamins, calcium etc of milk, without starting with grass. Why would they bother?

The world produces enough food to feed everyone already. People are starving because of distribution inequalities and corruption, not insufficient food. The US throws away more food than could be used to feed several starving African nations.

Not yet and it will more than likely be a biotech machine. I think we're getting there probably within the net 50 years or less.
