Failure is a life experience that helps develop our character ...
It isn't the failure that is important but how we handle it , what we learn from it & how we then move on ...
Life isn't about always coming out on top ! How can we mature , develop empathy with those around us , be a well rounded personality if everything always go as we want it ?
Sooner or later we ARE going to know disappointment , hurt , grief ......if we don't understand some of the negatives of life , how will we be able to cope when these much bigger issues have to be dealt with ?

no one can be a failure it is just not possible, it does not matter if you failed a test that does not mean you are a failure or failing to get the good job, it just means it was not the right job. no matter what you are never a failure you wake each morning with a new attempt at everything you do from family to work to your own life

Failing is part of life. Being a failure is accepting failure. That is unacceptable.

Failure means being afraid to get back up and try again. I don't believe we fail I think that we learn.

One who is able bodied, physically, emotionally, and mentally. They sit around all day doing nothing constructive to get a job, they do not contribute to society in any way, and do not put any effort into educating themselves to earn a living and/or achieve anything in life.
They then go on welfare, and expect the government to pave their way and support them.
