Maybe some of these ideas will help

Bleach can clean that skunk smell from outdoor structures. Use a mixture of 10% bleach and 90% water (or detergent and water) to clean sprayed areas (such as a porch) that aren't in danger in staining from the bleach.
White vinegar or hydrogen peroxide counteracts the natural oil in skunk spray. You need to clean with something stronger than water -- something that can remove oil instead of just spreading it around. Try this popular and highly recommended mixture:
1 liter (or quart) white vinegar OR 3% hydrogen peroxide (peroxide may cause bleaching)
1/4 c. baking soda
1 tsp. dish detergent (also a de-greaser)
Tomato Juice didn't work for my dog.
To tomato juice or not to tomato juice?

The only way to get rid of this odor would be to use Undiluted White Vinegar, now for as how to apply this to your entire home my only suggestion would be to use a garden sprayer, pour Vinegar into the container as full as you can get it, or even a power washer would be nice if you have one of these, when you have obtained one of these spray down the areas that were sprayed by the skunk then leave on about three to six hours then rinse with hose Good Luck !

First of all the skunk smell is not harmful. Next I had a similar experience once & never care to go thru it again!!! We had a skunk get under the house, when my husband came home from work at 4am & started walking around the house, the sound of footsteps on the floors apparently scared him & he let his presence be known to us. It literally filled the entire house, burned our eyes(as we got up and we all walked on the floor it must have scared him more so he kept spraying. Anyway we called animal control out to catch him-we were unsure if he was still under the house or not, had a very small crawl space & could not see too well either. They set traps for him, never caught him. I started hanging things outside & imagined having to wash everything we owned in tomato juice(it removes the smell)or throwing it away. Anyway what we finally ended up doing since animal control could not catch him was hook a dry vent hose up to the exhaust of the car & ran the fumes into the crawl space for a good three hours. The fumes filled the house so thick you could not see very well. It was a two story house. We had all the pilot lights off too. When we aired out the house after that all of the skunk was totally gone as well as the fume smell. Amazing!!!! We were only trying to make sure he was really gone(or dead) before we sealed off the opening he used to get in. So nothing had to be done or washed.
Not sure how this can help you since it on the outside wall of your home, I know you do not want to wash your house with tomato juice & it would be next to impossible to get carbon minoxide fumes on the outside wall, I am sure if you came up from the crawl space it would remove it from the outside wall as well but your problem is smaller than mine was. I am sure tho that since it is an oil spray it penetrated the siding unless it is steel siding. If it is steel, the vinegar should nutralize it or bleach mixed with 50% water. I also know the sun does a wonderful job with odors.
The skunk sprayed your house because something scared whether it was a cat or dog, opossum, or you inside your house or a door opening.
I wish you luck with this & the way I choose to look at this is the odds of this happening to me again in my lifetime is less than me winning a lottery. So next time it will not be you,

I grew up in the country. It was common knowledge that tomato juice cut the odor. It is unlikely your skunk sprayed your whole house. Try to locate the exact spot. Good Luck

Try spraying everything with vinegar. It work for me when my dog got sprayed, of course he stank like vinegar but it was better than skunk.
