i babysat for this woman for a week. we clearly agreed that it would be $40 / day for 2 kids. she sent her daughter to give me $100 dollars one night and said that she'd give me another $100 the next day. i patiently waited, but she never came back. i called a couple of times, but she wont answer b/c she knows my # and doesnt answer private calls when i hide my #. i left a couple of messages too. i also used my husband's cell to call and she answered but hung up when i spoke. i know where her kids go to school. any advice? serious answers only... and no, i will not kidnap her kids.

In the US, there is "small claims court" where anyone can file for a claim.
You don't want to get in trouble, you want your money back.
Offer her to pay you back $40/week at a time until she pays everything back. Better late than never.

Take it as a lesson learned. Next time get it in writing with a signed contract and when they don't pay, you can take them to small claims court.

Do you know where she lives? You could always go to her home and communicate with her in person about the matter...?

Confront her......like at the super market..........just go crazy on her *** make a HUGE scene and if that does not work leave a bag of flaming dog poo on her doorstep!
