I went for nearly two weeks without a computer while I was on Holidays a couple years ago. The second to last day we were away I broke down and used someone's laptop so I could check my mail. It was such a relief to be connected again.

Hardly any time at all, if I'm doing something that doesn't keep my mind occupied I'm constantly thinking about it, its even worse when I can't use the internet yet I have a computer right in front of me. I'm so hopelessly addicted.

I could go a long time without going online and doing useless stuff, but since i run an online business, not really an option :)
