I have no pre exsisting health conditions. Could it have been an internal pressure misbalance? Because about 5 mintues after I farted the pain went away(im being dead serious). Any other guesses at what could have caused it?

It sounds like you have colic gas. Sometimes if happens if you get indigestion or if you have food that gives you gas. The pain is caused by the excess gas and not escaping from your gut fast enough, thus twisting the guts and that hurts.

Ginger tea helps and to relieve the colic gas, you can use rub your stomach in circular action in anti-clockwise direction (with your right hand that is), if you have eucalyptus oil or any oilment that warms up, rub it in too. It should help
