Is there any type of website out there to make a call from your computer and you type out what is supposed to be said? I have used something like this before so I know its out there. I just cant remember the site for ANYTHING!

It depends on what you want to call someone. Some site have grammer and word filters installed. :)
Seriously, I do not know of or could not find any site like the one you are describing.. Sorry.....

you tell it a number to dial and a person makes the call for you then they explain what they are doing to the person you had them call, if the person you called stays on the phone then they will say anything you type to them

yea there are programs for that and some newer computers are made to do that too.I don't know any websites.some Internet companies u can do that like comcast.net zero,
