You youngsters tickle me with your assumption that someone in her 40s is saggy and stretched out, and that she'll be too old to find a man. Get real. And get over yourselves. And, just to answer the question, yes, they could do if they apply themselves--Demi Moore and Ashton--but then any marriage will succeed when people apply themselves to it.
And just for the record, I am 53 and hardly saggy.

Sure ,Why not ? Marriages succeed and fail for a lot of reason's But age doesn't usually make the the top ten reason's for failure .
The single greatest reason for the failure of any marriage is ................ Bad mate selection and that selection process occurs before we get married. Bad mate selection is a result of a combination of unrealistic expectations and unresolved personal issues. Getting married is interesting in that it requires one to do two diametrically opposed things concurrently; be a romantic idealist and a down to earth realist. In the end reality wins out over romance. So if you and your beloved share a common vision of the world; finances, children religion etc.... then go for it. If not then regardless of your ages, your marriage probably won't work -sorry

If he doesn't want kids. Otherwise, no.
Also, I think men are so immature compared to women that a woman would get a bit tired of the young guy.
I generally think it's best for everyone to date someone close to their own age. After 40 maybe within 10 year age difference or so. But, not dating people in their 20's.

why the age fixation? the parts still fit together...can they communicate? do they love each other? do they want the same things in life? ask the important questions...all age pretains to is legal matters. the man is over 18 so it's legal for him to be with the 40 yo. the real question to ask is, how much money does the woman have?

I am 40. My husband is 30. It only works because I am immature, and he is mature.
He also lied about his age when we met. Otherwise I wouldn't have given him the time of day.

I would say for about anywhere from 5 to 10 years then she will start really showing her age and every one will think that she is his mother and just create a big mess but if you are rich then yes it would last until she dies and he would inherit the fortune

of course it can so long as the 26 year old is mature, but most 26 year old men need another few years to grow up

I would assume that you are the woman because if you are the man you are one ****** up son of a *****. You disgust me with your petty lack of self confidence. You like saggy old **** and droppy inside out stretchy elastic pussy. You have some massive problems but I would definitly say that yes it would work.
