Neither really. I prefer the path less traveled, but not to travel guideless in the wilderness. I like challenge, but not survival mode. Where I have gone others might follow, but my car will always bear the sticker "Don't follow me - I'm lost too."

I leave my own trail (usually marked by mayhem and chaos) nonetheless, my own trail :)
