PG: Pete Maravich
SG: Michael Jordan
SF: Magic Johnson
PF: Bill Russell
C: Wilt Chamberlain
Coach: Phil Jackson
Pistol Pete was the most creative player in NBA history. Steve Nash, Jason Kidd, and all the rest all have him to thank for developing the position into what it is today. Jordan is a no brainer. Magic can play any position you want, and I fill him in at the 3. Russell played center, but at 6'10", he looks more like a forward by today's standards. Chamberlain is the most athletic center ever. He could dunk the ball from standing still at the free throw line. Finally, if there's one guy to handle all these egos, it's the Zen Master.
6th Man: Oscar Robertson. Averages a triple double at his best.
PG: John Stockton, career and season records for assists and steals
SG: Kobe Bryant. If you need scoring, he can give it to you as well as anyone
SF: Larry Bird. best 3 point threat, and an agressive player to energize the team
PF: Tim Duncan. Already has 3 championships. Incredibly smart, outrageously talented.
C: Shaq. One of the most dominating players ever.
12th man: Scottie Pippen. The threat of putting Maravich, Stockton, Pippen, Robinson, and Magic in the lineup at the same time was too much to pass up. Imagine the ball movement they'd get.

SF-Larry Bird
SG-Michael Jordan
PG-Magic Johnson
Reserves-Shaquille O'neal, John Stockton, Karl Malone, Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, Dirk Nowitzki, Mark Price.
Coach-Phil Jackson
I picked these players because players like Wilt Chamberlain that played over 20 years ago could not compete with the players of today. These players have all played in the last 20-25 years so I have no problem with picking them.

p.s. Wilt played against Kareem, (and did very well) so to say he couldn't play against todays athletes is like saying Kareem couldn't either, yet Kareem makes your list.
