...if it is a terrible video saying some really awful things about them? If the only people who know about it are the people who made the video? Do you think the friend would want to know or would it just hurt them and it would be best to keep it private?

This you tube thing and my space can ruin a persons ability to get a job, got the school, pop up unexpected later in life and destroy lives. Tell her so she can do something about it before she is surprised one day. If she found out that you knew and it popped up; well, how would you feel?
