I will always go back to Pulp Fiction. Although, technically, Star Wars was an indie (it was made independantly of 20th Century Fox, who only distributed the film), and that's up there too.
I also love the works of Kevin Smith. Clerks rocks!

there are such lots of, greater often than not indie horror videos however. My faves are Blood banquet 2: All U Can consume, Evil lifeless, The Janitor, Polyester, desperate residing, and lady complication. i like John Waters movies!
