I have red blotch under my left chest area and on my arm, but my chest feels really unconfortable. Would I know if something was wrong (such as w/ my heart, broken rib)?

Go to the ER and tell them the truth. They'll Xray you for broken ribs, and give you a prescription for a drug called Idjitex.
The red blotch will go away on its own.
Be sure to tell the ER staff about the other fun things you do...you are sure to get nominated for an honorable mention on a Darwin
Award for something.

thats really dangerous, if the punching was excessive and hard it can cause stomach bleeding, or broken rib, if the pain is really uncomfortable go to the e.r or wait for a doctor appointment

go see a doctor... dont do it again... you could have broken ribs, bruised internal organs or a hemmorrage.... dont be stupid and let other people do that to you again.
