Four players have hit a grand slam in their first game.

Bill Duggleby, Philadelphia Phillies, 21-April-1898, in first at-bat (Duggleby was a pitcher);
Bobby Bonds, San Francisco Giants, 25-June-1968;
Jeremy Hermida, Florida Marlins, 31-Aug-2005, in first at-bat;
Kevin Kouzmanff, Cleveland Indians, 02-Sept-2006, in first at-bat, on first pitch.
