Anyone who thinks they can answer this question definitively is wrong.
We never really know who we are. And we won't, and the world won't, until long after we're dead and buried.
I mean, did George Washington know he was the most influential man in the history of one of the most powerful nations of the world? Nope.
Did Albert Einstein know he was one of the most brilliant minds of all time? Nope.
We don't know either.
Sure be interesting if we did, though.
