When I go to a customer service person, I try to have a pleasent attitude. they then respond with a very help full pleasent attitude. most of my experinces are great.
You can see how customers come screaming and the service person trys to help but just want to get it over and not go extra to figure out the problem.

Here's a bad experience in a store recently: I was in Louis Vuitton in soho a couple weeks ago. While the salespeople were very good, who let me try on sunglasses and check myself out, there was this ridiculous security guard. He followed only me around the store!!! It got ridiculous, when I would purposely walk to another counter to see if I was imagining anything. I wasn't. This man was crazy! It got so ridiculous, that I finally blurted out, "Why are you being so paranoid??? I do have money." I had a pair of sunglasses on, and my wallet on the counter. I walk away for a moment to check out a purse, he takes the sunglasses off the counter and packs them away in the door. The salesperson comes back and asks me, "Where are the sunglasses?" I said, "That security guy put it away." He couldn't even find the glasses again, because the crazy guy put them away. Would he leave me alone??? Nope. He actually said something under his breath and kept following me.. I was so annoyed, that I left the store, because I felt so uncomfortable shopping there. I wrote a letter, letting the management know that he was being stupid. Either he was acting stupid because I was young, or Black. I was not looking "like a thug," I was wearing a ralph lauren sweater and navy pants, with my wallet. This is not the first time I experienced this. I think that American stores should learn from other countries, who do not act so stupid and treat people like criminals. By the way, I don't have a problem with louis vuitton in general. I went to the store in Paris a week prior and bought a purse. Actually I went a week after this incident, I went to the Louis store in my neighborhood, and received excellent service. The soho lost out on a large commision. I spent $2000. I refuse to buy at stores that treat me horribly.
