The Ulttraviolet, not the photons that do the light, does the burn. The photophobia is brought on because where there's a natural Photon, Ultraviolet is never far behind.

You can't honestly call this a question! We do not fear the sunlight, although it can sometimes hurt our eyes and give us rashes....

photophobic people are afraid of sunlight (it's an actual human disorder) but if sunlight is harming someone more than what is normal tanning then they are photosensitive.
