Most mornings I usually have a few fried eggs, some bacon, and maybe some toast.

Then again, I occasionally whip up some chicken fried steak and eggs, with white milk gravy and biscuits.

OH, and the occasional pancakes, sausage, and of course, black coffee!

And on a morning where I am in a rush.......a cup of black coffee and a Marlboro. Breakfast of champions!

On the weekends it's pancakes or eggs and bacon. Weekdays it's a bottle of coffee flavored Ensure. I am trying to keep my weight down and those Ensure drinks have all of the vitamins and nutrients of a meal, so that's my morning meal.

Generally a fried egg on toast and two slices of Vegemite on toast, or two eggs scrambled with garlic chives.

Hey Beau try putting cheese on top of your Vegemite on toast and put it under the grill for awhile as that becomes really sweet tasting .

In the weekends; bacon and eggs, susage or just 2 half-boiled eggs with toast or toast with marmalade.
