As I was dropping of my sophomore off to school because he missed his bus (again) I said, by the way i think your father and I are divorcing. Very bad timing. I had not thought it through. It was very hard on my son.

I said this to my baby sister....at the time she was all gung-ho about going to college like I did, and I was in my early 20s and in the *very* early stages of therapy for the *first* time so my moods were out of control in a way they just haven't been since.
But enough excuses. Point is, I wrote that sentence, and many other harsh ones, to her in a letter that was basically a reply she demanded from me at a really bad time. And though she won't say it....it did ruin her life. She wouldn't have given up on her dreams and become a teenage mom like my other two sisters did, if it hadn't been for me being such a total jackass, that is the God's truth.
And I keep trying to apologize and make it up to her when ever I can, but at this point we both know it's lame and pathetic of me....I suck. Really. -_-
So yeah, if only I hadn't thought of *that one*.

Far to many to to pick from cause you say so much when you are cranky but I've always had second chance tickets so i should just be grateful & careful with my tongue in the future
