Where can I get a free web host with a subdomain which supports vbulletin?

When registering, be aware that you can only register at certain (undisclosed) times of the day. Once May comes, registration is supposed to always be open.

With vbulletin requiring php.mysql data and being a very large system requirement I suspect FREE hosting will not be available.

Most free hosts have limits and the demand you would be making on the server for this are rather high.
