I went to my prom with a friend from my part time job. We had a good time. Our city goes all out for prom. Each school has a dance to name King and Queen, etc. Then we all drive in a parade like form to a huge convention like center downtown by the lake. It goes on until 3 am. There's a big spread of food, drinks, a dancefloor, karaoke, and games. For our prom they had a velcro wall you were catapulted up to. Another year had rock climbing. There are 7 high schools in our area. It's broadcast on tv and family and friends wait outside the entrance to say hi and watch the kids go thru. It was a really good time and it keeps the teens from going to crazy parties and getting drunk, fighting, and all the other problems that can arise on prom night.

No I was way to shy around the guys in high school. Yeah, I kind of do regret being so shy with the guys and missing the prom.

It was not a good experience. My boyfriend didnt go so I had to go with a guy friend. He smoked pot in my moms car and I got mad and left him at the prom and got together with another guy and ended up being dumped by my boyfriend. Hopefully you have a much better experience.

possibly $85 and up on the main inexpensive, and that's finding a a million/2 way first rate costume. and then returned, it ought to rely on the place your procuring. you will discover superb issues for inexpensive in the adventure that your a sensible client! As for the boyfriend/date area. It incredibly relies upon. in case you and your pal are the style of ladies who're incredibly into men and relationship, then yeah it would be good to get a date. yet, in case you do no longer ideas, you and your pal can pass at the same time. you ought to the two have relaxing at the same time. If i became your age i might do it, if I wasn't asked by using somebody or relationship. you are going to be able to make any problem relaxing, in case you elect too.

No, I didn't go to my prom. I thought I'd feel weird being the only girl in a wheelchair, because other dances I'd gone to, I felt girls would practically ask their dates to dance with me and I felt the guys really didn't want to, you know. One day I'll have a prom but I think it'll be just me and future husband.

Yes.
Yes.
It was a great experience (particulary afterwards when I played quarters with my prom date).
Then I had to drive 15 miles back home in the fog. This taught me never to drink and then drive....and I haven't since that day.
But then again...you are only young once....hee hee

Yes. I had to fight with my pastor to do it. He said I couldn't go, my Mom said I could. He sent me a book about sin, and he telephoned the school and I had to leave class to answer the phone in the office. He said I absolutely could NOT go. I said yes, I could. And I hung up on him.
I am glad I went. It was fantastic, seeing everyone dressed up. I wore a strapless formal. (Oh, how shameless!) Every kid should experience that. It's a good memory.

yes I went because for pride. I asked out a girl I did not even like, just because some one else was trying to set me up with a girl who I also did not like. I went, it was OK, came home, and said good bye to her while I was still in my car, she did not need me to get out of the car. That was it. She was a friend, but I did not have any feeling for her. I liked some one else, but I had two girls I liked, but I was chicken. My thing is pride before love. How sad...
