Write 3 1/8 as 25/8 so we have
5/(25/8) = (5) * (8/25) = 8/5
428 * 7.1 = 30338.8
34408 divided by 0.92 = 37400

5/1 / 25/8
invert 2nd fraction and multiply
5/1 * 8/25
8/5 convert to mixed
1 3/5
428 * 7.1 = 3038.8
34408 / ,92 = 37400

5 / 3-1/8 = 5 / (25/8) = 5 * 8/25 = 8/5 = 1-3/5 (One and 3/5, not one minus 3/5)
