I think you should counter offer asking for a better starter pitcher. I think that, while Duncan will cool off, he is still going to hit .270 with 30 home runs and a ton of runs scored. This again is if you need starting pitching and are strong in RBIs as Duncan will only get around 80.

Manny has historical hit above .300 for most of his career, if not all if I am not mistaken. He smashs the ball for over 100 RBIs every year and is capable of going on extended multiple hit game streaks. Ben Sheets is an injury risk and well Chris Duncan is average at best and will probably not get as many HR, RBIs, and may not have a better average than Manny.
Base ball is certainly a game of numbers and averages, so even if Manny has a bad season, it will still be better than most players.

Definitely not. Duncan will cool off as fast as he got hot. Sheets will get injured atleast 3 more times before the season ends and he'll finish wit a 4 ERA and like 10 wins at most. While Manny is off to a slow start. He'll still put up the .300, 45 HRs, and 130 RBIs.

If u wanna screw up ur fantasy season... then yes. And this is coming from a YANKEES fan... Ben Sheets and Chris Duncan are NO match against Manny Ramirez. Manny is twice as good as both of em... and NO. u should not do this deal.

No. Duncan isn't bad, but he's really no better than some of the Free Agent outfielders in mixed leagues of twelve teams or less. I like Sheets, but if you really need pitching and can afford to trade Manny you need to get a better OF if you're taking an injury prone P like Sheets. Better to do a one for one. You should be able to get someone like Peavy or if you're lucky Santana.
