I often wonder that same question...I think he's just EXTREMELY gay though...unless he's got too much estrogen in him, that makes your voice higher. Check to see how big his adam's apple is..if it's smaller than a normal guy's he's probably has too much estrogen.. if it's non exisistant, he's a she. If it's present and regular looking he's just a gay guy with a high pitched voices.
