How much would you pay for a good homemade tote/travel bag?

Dimensions are 20" wide by 13" high. It has pockets on the outside and a removable compartment on the inside with one big laptop slot and more dividing pockets. How much would a bag like that be worth to you?

I wouldn't put anything else in a bag with a laptop because it's already heavy. Since I sew, I can make my own regular ones, so I won't buy a tote bag unless it's a souvenir of an event or a place, in which case I have been known to pay up to $25.00.

I think that if I did sell tote bags, I would charge around $15.00.
