Nose. Lip piercings never really hurt me that much, it was just a little sore afterward. The nose is a little bit of a shock, makes your eyes water, but neither are terrible pain or anything.

It all depends on your pain tolerance. If you have a high tolerance for pain neither of them may be painful, if you have low pain tolerance they may be painful. As for which hurts more, I thought that the lip was worse than the nose. It's different for everyone though really. If you want one done go for it though. No pain, no gain.
It's called a labret, unless you're talking about the more commonly used today phrase 'snakebite'.

the nose hurts way more. ive had both done . the nose ive had 3 times, the lip like 6-7 times. and its called a labret.

Nose would hurt a lot more because there is cartilige there unlike the lip, where there is only skin and flesh.
p.s-no offense...but era piercings are waaay better than nose and lip piercings. they are just really creeeeepy.

I have my nose done and it didnt hurt ya ur eyes will water but it doesn't hurt and all the ppl tht i kno who have their lip done i heard it was nothing

well...i had my eyebrow and tongue pierced and the eyebrow hurt so much i threw up and blacked out. sooo i bet they both hurt the same. although...seeing the nose is cartilage...it might hurt less. if u have the upper part of ur ear pierced, it'll probably feel like that.

doesnt hurt at all. you wont feel anything. it is too quick to feel the pain.
