Don't go crazy. You don't have to declare a major until you start your junior year of college. That leaves you 6 years to find what you really like. I didn't even decide what I wanted to be until after I graduated college, spent 4 years in the Army and then went to law school. I opened a restaurant 3 years ago. Doesn't make sense with what I have done, but I really enjoy it. Good lock!

Well, I was a freshmen 40 years ago and I still dont know what I want to be when I grow up.
I know what I have been and currently am but it really doesn't involve growing up. The older you get, you'll feel the same way.
Don't limit yourself to your grades for making a choice. Do what you like. It appears you have a huge number of choices in the fields you have listed. Plus, it's a little early to go one way or the other. You'll want a ballpark idea when you graduate high school and by the 2nd year college, you should be all plotted out on your course. Give it the rest off high school and I'll bet you will have made a choice by then.
Congrats, seems like you have a good head on your shoulders.

Congratulations on your awesome grades. Finding the right career is an evolving thing. Your first year of college will be basically liberal arts wherever you go. You need to just life and school go with the flow and keep up the great grades. While in college you should determine which subject gives you the most satisfaction. If your first field you hate it, just change your course. I started as an elementary teacher and ending up in mortgage sales (bank) after working for a high pressured major finance company for 21 years. I love what I do now and proud of the bank I work for. At the age of 56 I finally found my niche in the workplace. It is not the end of the world if in the beginning you pick the wrong field. Do it for yourself not someone else!

Oh, gee... wish I had some good solid "advice" for you... but all I can say is with those grades, you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to!
The people who are asking you this question really should not be putting you on the spot like that... but if you don't want to seem rude, why don't you come up with an answer along the lines of "I don't know yet..." or "something that hasn't been invented yet!" (heehee...)
For what it's worth, personally, I'm 45... and I *STILL* don't know what *I* want to be when I grow up! I change careers every few years, get bored easily, and have zero attention span... LOL... but I found the best solution for that, I started my own business and work for ME.

Honestly, I just found out what I wanted to do..I'm a junior in high school. I'm going to study early childhood development. You can't decide a field based on your grades. You don't need to know now, you might not even know in college. Some people go into college without a thought in their mind of what they want to be. So basically, you don't need to know. You do what you think you'll love to do for the rest of your life. :) Good Luck.

Well based on your grades you can do anything you want. I always wanted to be a scientist and help make some kind breakthrough like a cure for something or something with genetics but my college wasn't setup for anything like that so I had to choose other options. maybe you could do something like that. But you can go to school, take your core curriculum first while you decide your major (and minor) later

Maybe you should think about a career in Culinary Arts if you like Home Ec, or start your own business. It looks like you have a wide range of choices considering your grades.

Just get into a good college and worry about it later. It's good that you are thinking about it but don't stress. It's still pretty early. Honestly you will probably change your mind a couple times anyway. Just have fun in HS and fun in Univ. Everything will work out great.
Good luck - You seem like a great girl!

go to college and worry about it then. most people change their majors a few times anyway. take your core classes first and that may help you decide. study business. i think that's a good foundation for just almost anything and could help you decide what your really want to do. don't get stressed out if you don't know yet. it will come to you.
