Ive tried cutting with a 12'' cutting blade it but no luck, is there any special blade or method to get it off? And this tire is like a solid forklift tire but way bigger, About the size of a car tire.

Heating it up will help make it more flexable and easier to work with.

I'm wondering how the tire was mounted to the rim to begin with? does the rim have bolts around the inner perimeter....some wheel/tire setups with solid tires have a split rim, that is, the rim is in two halves and you must unbolt the two halves to mount or dismount the tire.
My only thought would be to cut it off as best you can with a Sawzall...they can be rented at a tool rental place or Home Depot if you don't have one (make sure to get a metal cutting blade with it) or call a tire shop or forklift shop and see what they say unless you want to burn it off or pour some liquid nitrogen on it and shatter it. That would be pretty cool but not sure how legal the burning would be with all the black smoke.
Good luck, Paul

these tire you are talking about what did they come off of sound like a set of 12.00X20 (this is the same size as a oner the road truck tire) solid tire that still are avalible on larger forklifts and have a split rim like a truck tire and you will need a press and special tools contact your local industral tire dealer(sell forklift tires) most of them can but then in there press and seprate the rim

Forklift tires aren't solid anymore, but are still "split" rims...are you sure you don't have a rim that unbolts?

some of these rims get dangerous if you are not experienced in the art of tire removal ---- it is cheaper to go to the tire store and pay to get the tires removed than wind up with any injury and the bill at the hospital --------------- GO AND GET HELP>> this is the safest ....
