No, it just means they will have to start frying their donuts in a different type of oil. It shouldn't really be that big of a deal for most restaurants, except prices may go up a bit because the healthier trans fat-free oils cost more than the bad stuff.

All Trans Fats are is Hydrogenated , or Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable oil, used mainly as a preservative.
That stuff is just not good for you, but all they have to do is switch to real oil that hasn't been hydrogenated and they can make the same product, or better, at just a slightly higher production cost.
