Look at all the pork in the war bill they all voted for I'd say none of them.

Hmmm....Let's see Before Clinton, Bush Sr was in office and there was still deficit left over from Reagan, and he wiped it out and we had a surplus for the first time in like 40 years, then W gets elected and depletes the surplus and creates the largest deficit the country has ever seen. I'm going to have to say it was Clinton was the most fiscally conservative democrat. He lowered taxes for a lot more people than Bush. Most of us don't make enough money for his tax cuts.
