If there is no one on base, you get one run.. How ever many runners were already on base, you get that number in RBI (runs batted in)..

Actually, you don't get any points. Just like baseball, softball is scored by runs. You will score one run for the person who hit the home run, and if there are any other runners on any of the other bases when the home run is hit, you get those runs too.

Softball is not scored in points, but in runs. And the number of runs scored for a homerun depends on the number of runners on base. If there is a runner on each base, then a homerun is worth four runs (including the batter). A single run for every person who runs all the bases & makes it to home plate.

You get one point for every run. If the bases are "loaded" (a runner on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) and someone hits a home run, then it is 4 points because 4 people ran in. But each run is one point.

um.. its like baseball.. you get one run (or what i guess you call point) for the person who hit the ball. and if there are people on the bases then you get one for each of them... and if there are 3 people (one on each base) and then the hitter thats a grand slam.. which is 4 runs
