Normally, yes. If your flow is getting out to a napkin, then your hymen has an opening. Rarely, an hymen is imperforate (no opening) and your doctor would have to fix that.

There are smaller size tampons for teens.

And I suggest that while you're following the instructions on the packaging, you squat over a mirror to see what you're doing and get acquainted with what you've got down there. Squatting has the additional advantage of aligning all your internal plumbing for the easiest shot.

Definitely! Whether you are a virgin or not does not dictate if one can use tampons or not. It is a matter of preference, although it might be a little awkward the first time inserting the tampon. Hope this helps ! :)

Yes, you can use tampons if you are a virgin. The tampon cannot break any vaginal walls. And it does NOT take away your virginity.

Yes, but you may want to use the smaller size, especially when you are just starting out. I'd suggest not using them at night, and using a maxipad at night. It will reduce the risk of toxic shock syndrome, and will also help reduce cramping.

I can tell you from a medical standpoint, that if you are not sexually active, you should NOT use tampons. Stick to pads.
