I found TV boring while at home so I haven't turned it on more than 4 times in the last four weeks.

It really not a problem for me as the tv has been my companion since my childhood till now. Now I even have it on while I'm working and online. So it's always on when I'm at home. I used to study with either tv or radio on, it's not much of a distraction. How often....well...too often too be considered too much. Though at times the tv is watching me instead...lol

I don't usually watch TV during the day. I've got other things to do. I only have a couple of show that I really like to watch, so If I don't watch a DVD, or a video, I read or build things.

Not much. I still watch tv at night though, you know to watch my shows. other than that it's minimal, but the tv is like right next to where the computer is, so i occasionally turn my head, if i hear something interesting.

I rarely watch Tv, but I have this past week, cuz I like the NBA playoffs.
