yes. it's easy. currently i'm making a killing selling copies of beyonces deluxe edition of bday on ebay. (how is it making me so much money? well it's because the album has been discontinued and is worth a small fortune!) i also made a killing of the xbox 360, wii and ps3.

dont waste your money, if it works that well why would they be selling it to you... ill tell ya cuz the money they are making is selling you junk that will never make u money
