A basic repaint at a professional shop with no repair work usually runs in the $300 to $400 range but it depends on a few factors..is there damage that needs to be repaired on the bumper or is it just scuffed up...can it be painted on the car or should it be removed, some bumpers fit very tightly to the body and to get a good quality job they need to be removed. Some other factors also like hard too match colors require blending into adjacent panels for a good match and bump up the price. A scuffed-up bumper can sometimes be buffed out and that would be a lot cheaper than repainting.
I would recommend you take the car to 4 or 5 body shops in your area and get estimates to repaint the bumper....that will give you a better idea of what's all involved.
Good luck, Paul

Get some estimates but make sure that they know what they are doing because on these plastic bumpers there is some type of primer and paint that is used because they flex so much and find an trusted independent body shop to do the repairs and not the dealer, been there done that with the dealer.
