You have an oil mixing with your coolant. First thing is to determine which type of oil it is. Pull the trans dipstick and inspect the oil, it should be clear and blood red. If it is, the trans is not the problem. Pull off the motor's oil cap and inspect underneath and inside for a milky, sticky sludge. If you have this, stop driving the truck as anti-freeze and the oil are mixing. A tear down is next. Most times I have found this to be a leaking lower intake manifold gasket, but the head gaskets can do this along with cracking of the major components. Good luck.

the auto trans has cooling lines that go through the bottom of the radiator. it probably has leaked into the coolant.
check trans and engine oil levels and see where it came from.
you may need a new radiator.
