Or conversely, one you really enjoyed a long time back, but can't figure out what the appeal was in your later years?

Monty Python's the Life of Brian has definitely become funnier to me over the years. The younger me didn't understand enough about religion and its effects on society to get half the jokes and it couldn't hold a candle to Holy Grail in my opinion. It still gets funnier every time; I can hardly stop laughing long enough to hear the next joke.

On the other end of the spectrum, we have Clash of the Titans... a movie I soooooo desperately loved as a child and can hardly bear to sit through as an adult. After MTV gave my entire generation the gift of attention deficit disorder, that movie just might be the most mind-numbingly slow-paced flick ever. And it doesn't exactly make up for it with the effects or the acting.

On a side note I recently picked up the re-release of Flash Gordon. That film has held up well in a cheesy fun kinda way. I'm looking forward to the commentary tracks from Brian Blessed.

I can't think of one that gets better every time I see it (not off the top of my head at the moment anyway), but I watched Clue the other day, and I can't figure out why I found that movie so funny.

i will inform you what I instructed my niece this afternoon, "do not say that be conscious, because it really is impolite, and it really is used totally too a lot!, get rid of it out of your dictionary!" If i develop into waiting to capture her, i might want to have washed her mouth out with cleansing soap, yet she ran from me. Please, in case you could, attempt now to not say it a lot. it really is exceptionally offensive to some, along with myself. so a thoughts because the flicks you've suggested being humorous, or not worth my time, I say that they don't seem my cup of tea. I have a tendency to lean in direction of the flicks that are recognized through the Oscar committee. which skill not something fairly, except everyone is diverse. wish you're nicely, Jen

I always loved the movie Romancing the Stone. As an adult it seems a bit on the cheesy side, but it still makes me smile.

Emmit Otter's Jug Band Christmas is my favorite.

No comment on the 2nd question. I love all the movies I have on VHS or DVD.

The original "Child's Play". Back then, I was thrilled of the idea of a doll hacking people to death. I still like it now even the sequels.
