I think most of us live nice, safe, orderly lives; but I wonder if we are missing the road less traveled.

I am a pilgrim who is a survivor. I have had to turn around on this road many times in life and I expect to do so many more times. What a mystery when you live a nice safe life and knowing that tommorow life as you know it can change around in a snap. These things can be good or bad but one thing is for sure..Life is always moving and changing. Isn't it fun though? I think we need to embrace it, learn from it and enjoy it. Here's to all of us taking the road less traveled from time to time! Woooo hooo ;) (oops in trouble again!..lol)
Count your blessings! :)

I can make fire with flint and steel. Can knap flint for knives or arrowheads, Butcher and prepare my own game and fairly experienced in hunting, gardening, canning, making sausage and jerky.

I live a life of ease but have the knowledge, practice and skill to use other means. I don't believe it hurts a person at all to know " the old ways". You may find yourself having to depend on something very simple in the future just to save yourself or family.

Pilgrims killed the Natives with their diseases and then called them "hethans", when those "hethans" saved their life and stopped them from eating each other. So I'm not a pilgrim and I'm not a man. I'm me! I make my own path.
