Here let me give you both...laugh at my expense because I do laugh often at myself......as a teen ager MOST DEFINITELY..especially when nervous, or upset which I was often. I gave up nail biting at the age of 18 when I took up smoking....wish I*d stuck to the nail biting because when I went and had all my teeth pulled that would have eliminated even that, and I wouldn*t have this costly stinking habit today.(I have dentures that I just can*t seem to adjust to wearing so I*m the toothless wonder......)

I always did, I quit, but then one day, I started up again. Yes, I do bite my nails.

Yes, I do and I want to quit. It's not funny to have short nails..I have to stop bite my nails, I hate it =)

No way, I have no idea whats under my nails nor do I recommend anyone finding out.
Does that include Toe Nails? I don't do that either. :)
