In HM: MFoMT, how do you get a cursed fishing rod?

I was thinking the only way to get a king fish was to get a blessed hammer, so where do you get a cursed fishing rod? And how do you bless it?

oops...i meant cursed fishing rod where i accidentally put 'hammer'...

as long as every single tool (all six) have been upgraded to mystrile, it's in the winter mine, floor 29

don't equip it, because you cannot unequip it without the priest doing it for you, and you should have him bless it first instead anyway

the priest, carter, is the one that would remove a curse from a piece of equipment

The cursed fishing rod can be found by digging with your hoe on B29. To bless it, take it to the next festival, equip it, and use it 255 times in a row.
